Chapter 2 “Ugh…” said Thalia as she sat up from where she was laying. “My...head.” She said. She had a massive headache and she couldn't quite remember what had happened. Then all of the sudden it hit her: She had almost died last night but that…. boy had saved her life. She opened her eyes and looked around her and had no idea where she was. She was laying on what appeared to be a large bed in a house. “Where the heck am i?” She thought to herself. She lightly got to her feet and fell right back down on the bed when she realized how dizzy and weak she was.  “Ugh. I gotta get up.”

Chapter 1 Thalia stood on a low branch in a tree watching a deer not far away. “Gotta be careful and quiet” thought Thalia. She hadn't eaten for a couple of hours, and she was getting hungry. She usually got really cranky when she hadn't eaten for at least 3 hours, and in the woods where she hunted for herself, it usually took a while to find a decent meal. As Thalia slowly crept down the beach closer to the deer getting ready to kill it with a swing for her blade, she noticed movement out of the corner of her eye.
